| June 1957 | Ito Electronics Co., Ltd., was founded at 12, Nishikawaramachi, Naka-ku, Nagoya City. Shoshichi Ito assumed the post of representative director and president. The products handled were ALPS Alpine and Hitachi. |

| October 1970 | The headquarters were built at the present location, Nagoya. |
| April 1977 | Sales of products from Hitachi Maxell, Ltd., started. |
| June 1997 | Naoki Ito assumed the post of representative Director and President. |
| April 2003 | Along with inauguration of Renesas Technology Corporation, Ito became a special agency for Renesas. |
| August 2004 | Ito Electronics HK Limited is incorporated. |
| May 2005 | Ito Electronics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is established. |
| June 2007 | Ito Group celebrates 50th anniversary of its founding. |
| April 2012 | Ito Electronics (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is established. |
| Feb 2014 | Ito Electronics(India) Private Limited is established at Gurgaon. |
| June 2014 | Became Super distributor ALPS Electric India. |
| June 2014 | First warehouse established at Yusen Logistics, Bilaspur Pataudi. |
| January 2016 | Ito Electronics Mexico, S.A.DE C.V. is established. |
| June 2016 | Ito Electronics USA, Inc. is established. |
| June 2017 | Ito group Celebrates 60th anniversary of its founding. |
| December 2018 | Second warehouse became operational at ALPS Logistics Gurgaon. |
| Feb 2019 | Bangalore office of Ito Electrics India estabilished. |
| August 2019 | Obtained distributorship of Lightware Inc. for Lidar and Drone products |
| March 2019 | Major Revenue milestone achieved - crossed 200 million INR in sales |
| June 2021 | Naoki Ito assumed the post of Representative Director and Chairman. Masaki Ito assumed the post of Representative Director and President. |
